　　Alicate, like most of Spain, is famous for its cuisine. Almost every restaurant in Alicante offers some variation of paella, the country’s most celebrated dish. The traditional one-pan recipe pairs short-grained rice with ingredients like rabbit, chicken, seafood and snails.
